As an in-house salesperson, you are responsible for acquiring new customers and for the business relationship with existing customers. You actively sell by contacting existing and potential customers in different target groups (inbound / outbound calling, e-mail …) and ensuring the quality of the customer profile database. Following a needs analysis, you set up an appointment with the account manager or make an offer in which you are responsible for the follow-up.
The job requirements
We are looking for a motivated seller who has the following qualities:
- Selling is your passion and achieving goals energize you
- We are passionate about your solutions, you maintain your knowledge in this respect and, for this purpose, you follow the latest developments
- You are able to sell and provide advice in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset
- You maintain the sales media as well as the related contracts
- You have the team spirit, value to which you attach great importance
- You are resistant to stress and you formulate initiatives
- You have great administrative and organizational management skills
- CRM knowledge and experience with inbound / outbound calling is an asset
