We’re implementing a market expansion strategy and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be in charge of the commercial development of the OSIMIS Platform.  You will report to the founder and work closely with cross-functional internal product owners & engineering teams to drive the platform's sales process. The mission is to convey the value the platform offers to prospects in an as straightforward and convincing fashion.

Osimis is a fast growing startup based in Liège, Belgium. We help medical institutions worldwide to grow with our medical imaging automation platform. Our mission is simple: ensuring that our customers aren’t just happy, but delighted to use our service.

We are a team of 12 people right now. We’re implementing a market expansion strategy and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be in charge of the commercial development of the OSIMIS Platform.  You will report to the founder and work closely with cross-functional internal product owners & engineering teams to drive the platform's sales process.

The mission is to convey the value the platform offers to prospects in an as straightforward and convincing fashion.

Job Description

  • Drive the sales process from A to Z
  • Generate new leads and qualify the best ones for the services we provide
  • Design & manage outbound email campaigns in order to turn leads into prospects and have them join our webinars or special offers
  • Conduct live demos of the platform
  • Keep the sales funnel clean
  • Report on the sales flow on a regular basis
  • Provide input to the product / development team
  • Deliver the contractual elements of the deals you close
  • Attend trade shows Work closely with other teammates to constantly improve our sales process

Requirements

  • The ability to communicate clearly, to adapt/respond to different types of characters through written and spoken English
  • Strong interest in startups, business news and personal development
  • Positive attitude, willingness to help and solve problems
  • Comfortable working in a true startup environment where things can change fast
  • A network of professional contacts within a radiology specialty with successful sales past-experience 

+1 if you have one or more of the following

  • Had a previous sales experience in the medical imaging (i.e. radiology equipment or software) space
  • French speaking
  • You are a native (or equivalent) English speaker
  • You are familiar with CRM systems like Hubspot and online tools like Slack etc

Location

Minimum 3 days at our awesome offices in Liège + Remote
