Orthanc Dual License

As Orthanc is published under the GPL license, if you use it in your project, there is a chance you may need a dual license for you to continue working on your project without having to worry about potential licensing issues in the long run. 

Although the need for a dual license is only there in very rare occasions, it's always good to know where you stand ;)
